Today is Menstrual hygiene day! 28th May, 2020.
As part of this celebration, we will share these with you:
● Menstrual blood isn't isn't just blood; it contains tissues, bacteria, mucus, etc.
● Menstruation doesn't defile a woman, and menstruating doesn't make the vaginal area bad or dirty.
● You can have sex during menstruation. And it is actually safest.
● Menstruation occurs between 3 -7 days, monthly. Period spans the whole length of the month.
